Yes, it is, if you compile it yourself. Otherwise, our openSUSE repo GeekosDAW provides a working build (but everyone who can afford it is invited to donate to zyn-fusion)

The version of Zyn on the kxstudio repos has the new fusion interface. I didn't pay anything for it, and it's not nagware. At least, it hasn't nagged me.
