Here's a music video i made with an entirely linux pipeline. The audio is tracked with ardour, fed through a self written pure data patch that randomly pans the audio through 8 outputs that are fed into a 7th order ambisonic pipeline downmixed into a binaural stereo. The video is set of large waves fed through libascii to generate asciified output. The final video is muxed with the soundtrack through ffmpeg

Cool sound and video. The whole work has a nice mood, punctuated with more discernible sounds here and there. Lots of ear candy in this piece.
