Yes, both samples are from Gowler's sample packs.
What's interesting in this very short piece is that it starts right on a dramatic tone with some people on some base on the Moon, and according to the picture I joined to the piece, trying to reach a base on Earth and getting no response. As if something very dramatic has happened on Earth. And then this voice coming in, "just a game, just a game.." It creates some drama and a sense of "what's going on" in a very short time I find and adds a notion of carelessness that's way to common to find amidst people who are supposed to govern countries.
