Bach Presto on Guitar

I've been playing this piece for a while and it was time to record it. I videoed myself playing it while recording in Ardour, then replaced the audio in the video.

Most seriously impressed. My guitar-fu is almost nonexistent, but I can appreciate the effort and skill that must have gone into it.

That was thoroughly enjoyable -- thanks for sharing!

I particularly enjoyed the section between 0:30-0:34. There's something a little magical about that passage for me.

@folderol Guitar-fu. I like it! Skill acquired through disciplined effort.

@modusjonens That's this bit:

The last three notes are the same in each six note group, and the first three take a pattern through the scale. Bach is full of these kinds of ideas.

Bach is the magician of mathematics.

Bach would also have conjured with the terminal under GNU/Linux. ;-)

Thanks psyocean and Basslint. Glad you enjoyed it!

It's a Godin guitar, with nylon strings.
