Scarborough Fair duet (Viking style cover)

In this recording , I use rakarack (Playing el-ukulele), Qsampler with VPO3, TA and TAP reverb plugins and etc. Finally is SynthV which is the first and new commercial vocaloid software on Ubuntu (Yes, Linux native build ). SynthV's engine is very wonderful. Its English virtual singer ,Eleanor Forte sings very clean, and her vocal is recognizable. Even without any parameters tuning, she already sings very naturally ,just is like a real girl.

Very cleverly done.
Don't think it'll knock the original off the charts though

Years later, AI technology also comes to Synth V. Eleanor Forte have new AI version . I bought "her" and Anri AI. Her vocal is different from cute old version ,but is a mature female now. WOW, I like this version!

Then I make the new version. It should feel more Nordic atmosphere. :)

Scarborough Fair, nordic duet. Sung by Eleanor Forte AI and Anri AI

That's amazing, I never knew such things were possible. If you would like some feedback, I think that to make the vocals sound more real you could use more glide/portmento and also have the tuning a bit off as real singers always sing a bit sharp or flat, even the very best ones like Freddy Mercury.

There is a good video on it on you tube which I found very interesting.

Thanks for your feedback very much. I would use more glide/portmento :P Now I am getting me used to AI singers. They are quite different from other singer databases powered by old generation technology. She's quite different.... Without tuning, Eleanor Forte's default sound and articulation are already just like Sarah Brightman or Celtic Woman's member. The work may be request her not to sing too over Ethereal .
