I've found that one of the problems of software development is that it tends to suck the creativity out of you. The result is that I've not managed to come up with anything truly original for nearly a year. However, these last few weeks of unremitting high temperatures and humidity here in SE England have seriously curtailed the time I could spend at the computer.
Fast forward to today when the weather suddenly changed and it was cool enough downstairs to comfortably fire up the daw, and just pootle* about over a simple repeating chord progression. Well, something just clicked, so it was a quick rewind and switch Rosegarden to record to produce ...
