I especially like the jangly bass tone. It's hard to fit that kind of low-mid stuff in the mix without overwhelming it, but this sounds great.

I'm not a big user of Windows Plugins but the Ignite Amps SHB-1 bass amp sim kinda gives that nice clang to a bass recorded direct and I wanted a heavy picked "Chris Squire" crunch tone for this particular song. SHB-1 is one of the freebie VST's that comes with AVL-MXE BTW..

The sax part is really cool: the whole section is more "jazzy" and chaotic in a good way, I loved it! For the sounds, it partly reminded me of "Going home", an instrumental by Russian AOR band Avtograph, that had fantastic sax lines on top of a more rock oriented track, and intertwined quite nicely with guitars.
