I want your suggestion, maybe anyone can help me. I do love how attractive Linux nowadays, but due to my work I need desktop windows, and I can't change it.

But I don't really like it, first of all it looks not in the same way, and the second thing - it would be cool if some features from the Linux would be in such a windows program.
