What is the future of MusE?

Post by oldcastle »

Hi,

I would like to address the main MusE developers to ask them what are their plans for the future of MusE. I'm willing to help this project, but before make any commitment, I would like to hear from them a bit about their plans and see if our ideas match.

Cheers,
Castle

I know that they certainly would appreciate help! I just think that they are busy with other things (life, work, making music).

Are you planning to contribute with coding skills? Do you know Qt? DSP?

Cheers,

No codding. Project management.

I see MusE as a rough diamond, a rock waiting to be cut and processed. The software capability is amazing; what is missing in my opinion are some tweaks and brushes to make MusE to apple to the mass. I can help with that. My day job is e-commerce and digital marketing. I know how to build/promote brands and how to talk to the right audience. With the right branding/marketing approach, MusE will gain followers, users and even developers if they want that. As I said previously, if we share the same goals, I would be happy to help you guys.

Cheers
