Hi I hope you can help me!

I record music with ardour5, ubuntu 18.04 lts and USB-Audio Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 USB. All ok until yesterday!
Now I can't hear sound from audio monitor but I can record my instrument with jack or mic. How is it possible?
I have try focusrite with others os and it works. I have also used another usb audio interface with Ubuntu 18.04 lts (USB-Audio - Lexicon Lambda) and it works.

I need to use focusrite, I hope someone can help me!

If there is no solution, can you tell me a 100% compatible sound card with Linux?

In alsamixer the speakers and headphones were deactivated.
