Right now I am borrowing a Behringer USB Sound card and an old Radio Shack Mixer, but I'm not the owner of them.
Is there a super super affordable solution to mix and inject via USB into my computer tower?
Super Cheap way of doing this?

Don't return them 
Cheapest way:
- cheap mixer (used)
- use your PC's builtin audio adapter and insert the mixer's output to the line input of your PC
