expander ?

Hello,

I wanted to use a raspberry pi to expand my electronic drumset

I just cant find any midi expander under linux on google

any help appreciated

What do you mean by "midi expander"? If you are looking for a way to attach a midi device to your pi, then any class-compliant usb midi interface should work.

I meant a program that plays samples from midi notes

back in the day, we called "expanders", devices that could expand the available sounds of a keyboard with an external device receiving midi notes

I found sampler v1 but it does only one sample...
