BCD3000 : cannot set 4 playback channels with jackd

Post by audiogarf »

Hi,
I'm running a BCD3000 with Mixxx on an HP Mini with Xubuntu 16.04 and KXStudio repos.

I've got non problems to set-up the headphones channels (3-4) with the alsa driver, but when using jackd (with cadence) I can't start a session with 4 playback channels. My jack log :

Sat Apr 22 18:02:53 2017: creating alsa driver ... hw:Intel,0|hw:BCD3000,0|512|3|44100|0|4|nomon|swmeter|-|32bit

Sat Apr 22 18:02:53 2017: ALSA: use 3 periods for capture
Sat Apr 22 18:02:53 2017: ALSA: final selected sample format for playback: 32bit integer little-endian
Sat Apr 22 18:02:53 2017: ERROR: ALSA: cannot set channel count to 4 for playback
Sat Apr 22 18:02:53 2017: ERROR: ALSA: cannot configure playback channel

Any idea ?
