Focusrite Scarlett toggle hi-Z and pad from AlsaMixer?

Hi, I've just bought a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 (first generation) and so far it seems to work nicely (KXStudio 14.04 + 4.4.0 kernel). However, I'm not sure if it's possible to toggle hi-Z or pad from AlsaMixer. The check boxes are displayed but nothing seems to happen when I click them. Has anyone got this working on Linux?
