Howdy folks
So... this isn't super important, as I'm dual-booting and can (grumpily) reboot in Windows when necessary, but I can't get Nano-Basket to work, for editing my Korg Nanokontrol (1, not 2).
I had immediate success previously, running LXLE on an old laptop. Now, when I finally tried NanoBasket on my new system running KXStudio (not just enabled repositories; the whole KX shebang), nothing... happens. I'm not computer-savvy enough to have any idea why. The program runs, and it THINKS it's making me happy. "Download Scene" and "Upload Scene" SAY they work, but nothing actually changes.
(and, yes, I've connected nano-basket to NanoKontrol via Catia, ins and outs)
Sadly, I can't even run the Korg brand editor under Wine - something about not installing the USB MIDI driver because I don't have (Windows) admin privileges. I've already filed a bug report with WineHQ.
Any similar experiences?
problem with nano-basket on KXStudio/KDE
