IK Multimedia brings you the Safe Spacer

Post by jonetsu »

IK Multimedia, the Italian maker of various audio plugins and hardware, jumps on the bandwagon.

"Announcing Safe Spacer™ wearable social distance monitor
Helping the musical instrument industry reopen and operate safely"

"Using Ultra-wideband technology, Safe Spacer runs wirelessly on a rechargeable battery and precisely senses when other devices come within 2m/6ft, alerting wearers with a choice of visual, vibrating or audio alarm."

Natif Instriments have a velocity-sensitive cough detector, that can be
configured to yell incoming, jump, duck, or about-face.
It is small and can be mounted on their optional face shield, or BS detector.
They also have a propane fueled beard sterilizer, with a
low-heat setting to sterilize old fabric facial masks, for those on a tight budget..

Does this handsome and very practical face shield also protect against UVs ?

Is it possible to get the full QA reports about this one ?

If not, I guess it's possible to get an idea by looking at how many employees got fired a year prior to the launch of the product.

Mind you, not only IK Multimedia (get your Safe Spacer for 99€) is up with that. The cathedral of Firenze is using the same technology so that tourists can visit, which is a good source of revenues. Instead of a watch-like device though, they use a collar.

I heard through the branches that the New Testament will also be updated to make it even more accessible to the masses. Sayings will be updated, for example:

You wear masks on your faces
But you also have one on your heart

And:

One does not light a lamp to hide it under a table
One lights a lamp to show it, along with a sign : "Respect Social Distancing"

Most of us are stuck with the UV's present at birth.
Although elective surgeries are becoming available again.
My wife hints.

But STD's are somewhat lower, locally, the 6-foot thing and all.

The Fire Marshall is monitoring the hospital burn units to gather stats,
as are the slip&fall lawyers seeking ckients.

'Your Honor, the packaging on my clients blow-torch
had no warnings against pointing it at his face.
We demand $Millions$'
