Fedora packages?
Not that compilation is really hard, but I guess we are not far away from having a drumgizmo package in Fedora:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1210356
Anyone interested? At least I will be monitoring this thread ...

Re: Fedora packages?
Hello,
I am interested, but I need first a link to the steps to follow to become an official package maintainer.
The last time I tried, it was a little bit obscure for me.
Best regards,
YC

Hi YC,
it would be great if you could be the the official maintainer.
There's a guide on how to compile DG here:
https://drumgizmo.org/wiki/doku.php?id= ... ng_-_linux
But if that doesn't suffice then you can just join us on IRC at freenode in #drumgizmo and we can help you. Either use your IRC client of choice or just this link:
https://kiwiirc.com/client/irc.freenode ... #drumgizmo
Cheers,
chaot4
Edit: Of course the build page doesn't give you any information on packaging it. So for packaging related issues, just come to IRC.

Re: Fedora packages?
Sorry for the delay ...
I am currently trying to become an official Fedora package maintainer.
It's a "long" process but I am confident, I will finish to succeed the tests

Re: Fedora packages?
That sounds great Let us know if there is anything we can do to help speed up the process.
