Taking a keybed from a broken 80s electric piano and turning it into a MIDI controller via a Teensy3.1. I created a JACK MIDI source that is feeding ZynAddSubFX. Next step: velocity sensitivity.

Doepfer DIY synth kit. My goal is to get 3 or 4 of these boards together in an enclosure to create an analog beast like the Vermona PerFOURmer but for like half the cost.

The idea is to have some MIDI being fed from your main sequencer into a Raspberry Pi for simple music-aware visualizations that won't take resources away from your laptop. This one is a chord visualizer, other vizualizers could be combined for something interesting to project behind you while you perform.
