Gmaq (Glenn of AV Linux) has created a website where you can download many sfz files not found anywhere else. Bookmark it.

Author of BackupBand at https://sourceforge.net/projects/backupband/files/

All with clear and unencumbered licenses?
War, crime, disease, starvation, extreme poverty; these are serious things.
Music? Not so serious. Have some fun! :D

No promises about licensing sorry, there will be not be any warez or commercial stuff or anything knowingly derived from commercial sources (ie Hydrogen Drumkits made from Addictive Drums). Of course any Sound library with a known re-distribution prohibiting clause in it's license will not be made available unless the author can be contacted .Beyond that this is intended as a mirror and unified location to find things freely available elsewhere on the net in one place. If you want a license term the closest would be 'All Rights Reserved' so that authors reserve the right to have anything taken down from the FTP if they don't want it there.
