Re: Godzilla VS Sfzilla
I revisited the solo violin I made some months back, and fixed some tuning issues:

Re: Godzilla VS Sfzilla
When I stripped some (~10 ms) quiet time with Audacity to make it snappier obviously the loop information got lost.j_e_f_f_g wrote:I revisited the solo violin I made some months back, and fixed some tuning issues:

Was it stored in the wav-files? I couldn't find any loop information in the sfz file.
What wav/soundfont-editor did you use?
I used polyphone and adjusted volume and re-looped the samples. Please check it out:

Re: Godzilla VS Sfzilla
Instead of editing the wave files you could just use the SFZ offset parameter to indicate which sample to use as the start. This way the loop locations will not be disrupted.

Yes, but I was surprised that wav files can contain loop information, obviously. Audacity can't do that as far as I know.
