A few FOSS ones:
Argotlunar2: https://github.com/DISTRHO/DISTRHO-Ports-Extra
B.Harvestr: https://github.com/sjaehn/BHarvestr
Starchild (not a real granular FX but similar sounding in result): https://www.airwindows.com/starchild/

There is another discussion on the same topic in the forum:

You may have a look at BespokeSynth too, it has SeaOfGrain MPE controlled granular synthesizer, loopergranulator and granulator FX.

in mix, nobody can hear your screen

Surge synth now has Mutable Instruments' Clouds as an effect which can do granular. Set Surge to Audio Input (I'm not sure how to do this but there is a template patch for it), put Nimbus on as an insert effect. Change the mode to pitch shift (can use all modes - granularizer is great but you need to turn up the Density for grains to come through), then move the freeze slider to the right when audio is playing. Move Position to scan through the wave it captured.

There's also Paulstretch and EmissionControl2 for more extreme stuff.

Good one, I played with Nimbus in the past, but then I almost forgot about it. It works in BespokeSynth too, amazing! :D

There's also Quanta (https://www.audiodamage.com/products/ad046-quanta) and Granulizer 2 (https://www.inertiasoundsystems.com/sto ... nulizer-2/). To be honest, all of the granular synths I've tried have have at least some compromises or missing features, but Quanta is the most featureful/best sounding one so far. (I also own Polygon 2 since it was cheap, but I can't really recommend it and it isn't native anyways)

Hi, an early version of the Borderlands granular synth was released as GPL 3

https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~carlsonc/256a/Borderlands/

It is not a plugin, it is a standalone synth, Compiles and run perfectly on Linux.

WhySynth can also do granular synthesis, and is available in most repos, I believe. :)
