VocAlign for Linux ? Or any alternative ?

Post by polk9 »

Hi everybody !

I make a lot of rap music with my friends and I'd like to know if there's a plugin and/or software which could do the same thing that VocAlign on GNU/Linux.

Here is what I'm talking about :

There is a reaper script which can do it - https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=179544

thanks for the answer :)
unfortunately, i don't use reaper, even if i checked it and found it very cool. The problem is that I use bitwig ...

if there's a LV2 or VST, would be soo nice, i googled for it a lot but didn't find anything

I purchased a licence for reaper specifically for this script. It's the only alternative to VocAlign I found for Linux (except doing it entirely manually). It's not perfect but it does make aligning faster, the only downside being that, if Reaper is not your main DAW (which is also my case), you need to export from your DAW, import in Reaper than export and re-import in your original project ...
