Aeolus Organ in Ubuntu Studio

I have installed Aeolus in Ubuntu Studio 20.04 using two Korg MicroKey USB keyboards. With qjackctl I have it connected and playing but can't get each keyboard playing on its own manual (organ keyboard). From what I can infer from the connections available in qjackctl, it would probably work if I could assign the second keyboard to its own MIDI through port, but only one is available. I've tried to add another through port using the methods at https://superuser.com/questions/973973/ ... ts-in-alsa but with no luck. I've also tried to change the virtual MIDI channel of the second keyboard through the Korg Kontrol Editor running under Wine, but Aeolus doesn't recognize it. Any help greatly appreciated, I'd really like to use this instrument.
