Any eq plugin out there where I can draw curves through points, like I can in Audacity?

There's no exact copy of this, but there are lots of parametric EQs. Use them instead.

I allready found a solution. I applied the curve to a sweep in Audacity and generated an IRs for a convolver. works like a charm
