Hi,

I tried this tutorial http://libremusicproduction.com/tutoria ... nth-ardour
but there is a problem with the step 'Click on the drop down menu labelled 'Generic' in our MIDI tracks header and navigate to AVL-Drumkits > AVL-Drumkits.'
in my ardour 5.12.0 there is no menu called 'Generic'.

You need to drag the track height larger.

This is the largest possible size with my 24" Screen.

Your track type is possibly a MIDI+Audio track. Ensure that you create a MIDI only track.

It was originally created as a pure MIDI track.

Anyway, I created a new MIDI track and now it works.
