Hi there,
Is there a way to increase the input volume on the JCM800pre LV2 plugin? I thought at first it was a problem in Ardour, but then I tried a couple of other JCM800 preamp simulations (one by Vadim Taranov and the other one by Mercuriall) and they work just fine, since they have an input volume control.
Thanks a lot

In Qtractor you can use an INSERT SEND with a "Send Gain" and "Wet Gain" of 0 and a "Dry Gain" of more than 1 – et voilà.rghvdberg wrote:add a-amp (ardour built-in plugin) before the JCM800pre ?

Re: Low input volume on the JCM800pre LV2 plugin
Thanks a lot guys for all your suggestions, after trying out all the possible solutions, I found out that it's a lack of low end on the simulation itself, I've requested for a revision on the Gx_JCM800pre simulation, to see if that fat Marshall sound can be achieved. The other two simulations that I mentioned before have that fat sound to them. Just in case if you guys are curious.
Cheers
