FS1r: Replicate Sound From FsMoby demo

Post by GraysonPeddie »

Hi everyone. I have a question considering the replication of sound, although it probably would not be an exact replication. Here is a YouTube video starting from a 5:30 mark to 6:00:

How do I replicate something similar to the sound in demo?

In ZynAddSubFX, I would use a Formant filter, but I don't know of a sound that has that nice warmth with some bright highs which gives it a very nice touch. Would I use a PADSynth for this? I'm thinking square wave, but the sound is so complex that I don't know where to begin and how to construct it.

Ah... The days of dreaming about getting an FS1r but not available in Amazon... Did not have the money to afford it back during the days and even if it's available today, I still wouldn't be able to buy one... :(

Music Interest: New Age w/ a mix of modern smooth jazz, light techno/trance & downtempo -- something Epcot Future World/Tomorrowland-flavored.
