Carla VST dll's greyed out in list

Carla VST dll's greyed out in list

I have refreshed Carla to find the Fabfilter dll's, but they are greyed out. In the log I get some error messages like:
carla-discovery::error::/home/sokolov/VST/Fabfilter/64 bit/FabFilter Pro-Q 2.dll: error code 998: No access to memory location. - /home/sokolov/VST/Fabfilter/64 bit/FabFilter Pro-Q 2.dll

Can anyone tell me or advise me what to do next. I want to understand this issue.
