What are you trying to do with these sounds? If you're trying to arrange music with these instruments, then you need a plugin for your DAW that is capable of using sf2 format. With that said, this forum is LinuxMusicians, so I'm not sure how much help we'll be in getting this to work on Mac.
You can install linux to mac, and problem is solved!
