I'm having trouble getting audio to work with Cadence. I'm trying to route audio and MIDI with Reaper and SuperCollider and have used qjackctl for this purpose. I'm having some trouble with a2jmidi_bridge crashing so I decided to try Cadence and Catia, since it is supposed to have this features built in. When I have a Jack server running through Cadence, I can see meters showing audio being played, but I don't hear anything in my headphones.
I have a FiiO E10K Olympus 2 for my audio.
Again, this all works in qjackctl, I just want to try to see if ALSA to Jack MIDI is more stable with Cadence.
no audio, but digital peak meter shows

Re: no audio, but digital peak meter shows
Have you checked the settings of cadence? Make sure your audio device is being used. Also check alsamixer in a terminal, look for any that show MM or are turned down.
If it's not alsamixer muted then screenshots of your cadence and catia settings might be useful.
