Target Packages configured multiple times

Post by Michael Willis »

I'm using KXStudio repos. I recently ran:

Code: Select all

$ sudo apt update
...
$ sudo apt upgrade
...
Now I get the following warnings from apt:

Code: Select all

W: Target Packages (main/binary-amd64/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target Packages (main/binary-i386/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target Packages (main/binary-all/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target Translations (main/i18n/Translation-en_US) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target Translations (main/i18n/Translation-en) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target DEP-11 (main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
W: Target DEP-11-icons (main/dep11/icons-64x64.tar) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian-ubuntu-ubuntus-xenial.list:3
I'm guessing that this isn't anything to be particularly concerned about, but I'm wondering what I can do to correct this? Did I make some mistake in how I upgraded my packages?
