Hi,
Is there anyway to install the kxstudio packages on Fedora?
I wondered if there is any list of debs that you hold so that I could download them and try and convert them with alien.
I might be able to write a script to do it, in the cases where it works.
Many thanks

Re: Install repos on Fedora
The packages can be downloaded from launchpad, I used to do that occasionally on gentoo.

Re: Install repos on Fedora
Thanks for that, I've written a script to download packages from launchpad and convert them to rpms for install on fedora. It uses alien and rpmbuild, and I have tested it by installing cadence, cadence tools etc and a few plugins. It seems to work well enough.

It certainly makes things a bit easier on fedora.
