Carla - User-adjustable timeout for Win32vst plugin-bridge response

Hi,

I'm using Carla (GIT) 2:1.9.7+git20170105
on Linux Mint 17.3

I have installed carla-bridge-wine32:i386 modified so that it would accept wine-devel as dependency, because my plugins do not work with wine-rt / wine 1.6 / etc. Carla-bridge-win32 installed fine afterwards. I can load win32 vst plugins with no issues except for 1 plugin. I get the following message after 10 seconds : "Failed to load plugin - Timeout while waiting for a response from plugin-bridge (or the plugin crashed on initialization?)".

This plugin has always been slow to load even on native win32. Would it please be possible to patch Carla (GIT) to provide a configuration option to change the duration before timeout ?
