[FIXED] suspend to ram don't work.

Hello.
I've got a tower PC and I really need suspend to ram.
I also guess the problem don't comes from kx-studio it self.
Some times this is very annoying, when I have to use my favorite (and only) distro, but 10 times in a day for only 2 or 5 min for each times.
Leave my PC on for 10hours for 30min of use make me crazy. Boot it 10 times for that too.

I got this problem with different assus and assrock mother board (don't have reference here but model for amd to amd3 with ddr2 or 3).
The strange thing is that I never had any problems before Ubuntu12.04. All older systems don't have any problems with this and suspend to ram work perfectly (arhh...).

So I got this problem with KX-studio, all ubunu12.04 based system, and also Debian Wheezy.

I've try other package (like Qshutdown), but it's exactly the same.

All idea are welcome, I don't know where report this or ask.

Good idea, I've don't think about the kernel.

I've try the 3.5 generic, but that change nothing.

In fact, the suspend work, but after 1s, it wake up without reason, and go to screen saver mode (screen is lock).
The same with other (new) systems.
It's really a strange behavior.

FWIW, I have a machine here that will never stay suspended, it just wakes instantly, one that won't suspend at all, and one that works perfectly. All the ones that fail, are from OEMs, like hp or toshiba.... I just kinda accept that it sometimes may not work I wish you luck!

I've add ochi and echi, because I've got the two directory in my system.
Don't forget to do:

Didn't fix my suspend, did break my soundcard.
