n-Track studio 1.1

Post by danboid »

I had dabbled with a few music apps on the C64 and Amiga before I got a PC but the first multitrack recorder I used on a PC was n-Track so I was quite interested to hear they have a new Android release now that supports USB audio, low-latency 'fast-path' audio and MIDI devices. Its got an integrated MIDI synth and you can share projects between the Android, Windows, OSX and iOS versions.

NP J!

They do recommend at least Android 4.2. I'd be OK as I've got 4.4.2 on my Nexus 4 and I expect my Scarlett 2i4 will work fine with it.

They don't mention JACK support but it'd be really cool to get n-Track hooked up to sunvox if they do adopt JACK!

Ntrack irritates me. I used it for years on windows from 2002 to 2008 and I have it on my phone. But the developer l, who states he started coding on linux, won't port to linux. Very annoying.
