I have succeeded in building the Calf 19 from git. UBStudio 12.04
But when I launch calfjackrack it does not show eq5, 8, & 12 as available.
Any ideas as to what went wrong?
Regards,
Mac

Hello Mac,
Can't answer your question but you might want to grab the Ubuntu package from here: https://launchpad.net/~kxstudio-team/+archive/plugins
Best,
Jeremy

So, ok, added them to synaptic.
When I go to install calf-git it says it removes calf-plugins (cool) and ubuntustudio-audio-plugins (what am I loosing here?).

Re: Building Claf with the EQ plugins
ubuntustudio-audio-plugins is a so-called metapackage that doesn't contain any plug-ins itself. It's like a container for all kinds of plug-in packages that depend on this metapackage. So you don't loose anything when you uninstall it.avlmac wrote:When I go to install calf-git it says it removes calf-plugins (cool) and ubuntustudio-audio-plugins (what am I loosing here?).Mac
