Sometimes it's hard to stick to it, but i think it's a good opportunity to deepen my linux-knowledge.
Unfurtunately i've encountered some problems i can't solve by myself and i would appreciate a little help from you:
- I'm routing every sound to jackd (even gnash's audio output creating a jackplug with asoundrc).
Recently i've recognized that the sound of HTML5-videos is not delivered to jackd. It's coming going directly to alsa. Is it possible to change this? - Another anoying problem is that sometimes VLC's audio output is distorted when it connect's a second time to jackd. I don't know if it's only VLC, but it's the only application i've realized this behaviour.
- My graphics are done with the open source nouveau-driver. When i'm watching videos with much action there often screen glitches. I've tried to fix that with Deinterlaced and Frame dropping, but it doesn't seem to work this way. Is this maybe configured in the nouveau-driver itself?
