Ardour Newb here. I cannot hear my drums in playback

I just installed Ubuntu Studio 20.04 on my HP EliteDesk. I also tried this on my Custom built PC using the newer Ardour 6 earlier with the same results.

I am using a Behringer U-Phoria UMC1820. It appears to be working because I can hear music from the computer in my headphones which are plugged into the 1820. The computer is plugged into an amplifier (looks to be using that as a go through device) The computer is connected through a USB cable to the 1820.

I hope that's enough information. But I have my mics (I'm micing 6 different drums) connected and they all appear to be working because when I record, I can see the peaks from the sounds of each drum. Problem is, I can't hear anything back when I play it back. It appears to be playing but I can't hear anything coming back through the headphones.

Is there a way to have the playback come through the same output channel as the music I'm hearing?
