Can't route my sound in Catia

I am using Cadence with Catia. My soundcard is a Scarlett 4i4 interface. I have 4 outputs, I want two to go to my hardware sampler, and two to go to my speakers. For some reason whenever I route anything in Catia to the outputs I have labelled Amp it goes out both Amp and Sampler outputs causing a horrific feedback noise.
It didn't do this before, as far as I know this just started happening after I rebooted my PC one time and never stopped.
Also as far as I know the USB labeled 5 and 6 don't exist so I wonder why they are there.
