So I've gone back to attempting to use my Linux Mint desktop for not just my day to day use, but for recording and learning.
Well, I started trying to use Rakarrack again and I'm running into a wall on something, one thing so far: I'm trying to use the looper feature and it isn't working. It either doesn't record when set to, or doesn't play it back, or both. I did see that you need to set in settings a time period greater than 1 second, the max it allwed me was 30 seconds for some reason, despite that I have tons of RAM on my system (32GB).
I don't have a Looper pedal and need access to looping for my practice and recording.
Can you help me with Rakarrack?

can't help you with rakarrack. Can point to alternatives for looping: kluppe, sooperlooper, Luppp.
