I've a dualboot ;)

Don't like 'hate' against windows... Just be glad that you are able to work with Gnu/Linux :)
(I'd better love an positive attitude)

Good idea, maybe go a little further and advocate freedom in general.
After all, if nobody's free to choose to write free software, there will be no free software.
Everybody has to "make an income", and only after doing that, we're free to write software that doesn't make an income.
The freedom to do something that doesn't make money is very important for FOSS in my opinion.

Packet In is doing some of that this month for our RPM09 challenge.

Jack Is Still My Jack
Ardouration Nation
Eca's Sound
Audacity Of Hope

Possibly more to come. Doing other things as well.

Chad Wollenberg from the Linux Basement podcast has some FOSS-oriented songs that he's written. He usually tags the end of his episodes with them.

just found a funny app on debian, it's vrms (Virtual Richard M. Stallman)
is a program that analyzes the set of currently-installed packages on a Debian-based system, and reports all of the packages from the non-free tree which are currently installed.
here is the output from my system:

Code: Select all

vrms
                Non-free packages installed on box

firmware-linux Binary firmware for various drivers in the Linux kerne
povray Persistence of vision raytracer (3D renderer)
rar Archiver for .rar files
unrar Unarchiver for .rar files (non-free version)

                 Contrib packages installed on box

flashplugin-nonfree Adobe Flash Player - browser plugin

  4 non-free packages, 0.3% of 1568 installed packages.
1 contrib packages, 0.1% of 1568 installed packages.
