Don't confuse it with Amazon. Amazona is a German web site about gear, mixing, recording and musicians. I wrote a reader's article (in German) trying to spread the word.

"Fazit: Es geht und tut nicht weh."

Is this the most positive it can get ?

Cheers/Tschüß

I am not sure if it can be 1:1 translated to "it doesn't hurt". "Es tut nicht weh" in that context is a bit humorous and contains a gentle, encouraging aspect of "try it, it might be fun".

Not only because of the better translation I would use https://www.deepl.com/de/translator.

Your Carla usage as Stereo-Breitmacher reminds me of Racks in Tracktion (https://ask.audio/articles/getting-modu ... ects-racks) though in a bit more straight forward interface.

Great track, bass and drums in particular to my ears and earphones.
Keine guten Autotune-Plugins verfügbar
Echt? How about https://www.kvraudio.com/product/gsnap-by-gvst? (beta, haven't tried it)

Thx. I tested autotalent and Robin Gareus' Autotune. Maybe if you give them hints via MIDI they might be "production ready". But without hints I couldn't use them.

The "Breitmacher" runs in Qtractor buses at the moment, without Carla. Works fine, too.

I was able to publish another article that shows my solution for the Latency problem with Guitarix – and thus introduces Guitarix (and again Linux) to the readers:
