Linux recording studio in my hometown..

"I don't think Linux audio solutions are all things to all people, yet! However, I am hopeful that developments during the next couple of years will cause us to become more productive and creative than the people using proprietary software. We've used several other digital recording systems over the last 20 years. As an engineer and studio owner, the only one I am inspired to invest time and money into is Linux. I never had a software developer give me any meaningful time until I stumbled upon the Linux audio community.

Nice read, thanks for the link. Does Mirror Image Studio still exist by the way? The domain name seems to be defunct (http://multitrack.us/).
