MIDI keyboard not staying available in Claudia between Jack startups

I have this minor annoyance: if I plug in my Roland A-49 USB MIDI keyboard when Jack is running, it will show up in Claudia nicely. But if I stop Jack and then start it up again, I will need to disconnect the USB and reconnect to have the keyboard show up again. This is somewhat annoying, as it will wear out the USB ports more than it should. I don't have a power switch in the keyboard.

Does anyone know a solution?

It doesn't happen to me when using Qjackctl, maybe is a Claudia issue?

in mix, nobody can hear your screen
