Congrats on V2! 8)
Yoshimi is great to easily layer sounds matching a filmscore's mood, so playing along
with the Hans Zimmers of the world, or netflix underlings, and sounding good, is well within reach.
Lot's of great synths, but Yoshimi layering is very hard to kompete with

Is there a way to make Yoshimi functional with a HiDPI display? The DPI setting for Yoshimi is unaffected when I have the resolution of 3840x2160 and the scale set to 200% in GNOME Settings.

Version 2.0 should do the job perfectly.
At a first startup all the windows will be small, but you can resize them to whatever you want just by dragging the corner or sides. Everything will remain in scale. As you close a window it saves both its size and position, so it opens the same next time.
To the best of my knowledge, the only limitation is whatever constraints your window manager forces.
One of our users has a 4k display and he's very happy with the results :)

Just checked the new version out. Love the resizeable windows! Main problem with this awesome synth is out of the way IMO! Dreaming of a VST-Version, though. Anyway, thanks for your hard work!
