Ardour dropped such feature, and Element too.
Probably not because gtk based plugins can cause issues with Reaper.

X11 based plugins should be ok.

Yes and no. I'll miss the Yoshimi, others may want the Calf or EQ10Q.

PS. No, I didn't meant that Reapers devs should start this useless battle with non-X11 UI. Of course it's better if these plugins will haven't such dependencies.

I read that Reaper will NOT load LV2 ui:GtkUI plugins (e.g., Calf). No surprise as Reaper already loads GTK3.

I just tested DrumGizmo on the ARM 64 version of Reaper. I'm running the Pinebook Pro. This is quite nice.

The Linux download is now no longer experimental - it is now stable.

Looking at the download patch on the website, the patch this all happens is seemingly named "rhubarb rhubarb golf prostate" :)

LV2 support is a real game changer for me. V6.26 performs smoothly with alsa at low latencies and loads everything I need.
Nothing to mess with, just one putton to press and ready to work - wow...
I just bought it.
