CollaB3 vintage organ

Nice sound, some good presets, Linux VST and standalone app.
Exciting part is that uses HISE and was made with collaboration with (no only) Librewave's founder - @d.healey

This is awesome. I was looking for 60s-esque organ plugins earlier this evening - particularly the B3 (and Farfisa). Thanks for the heads up!

I wonder what this can do that setBfree doesn't already do ?

I have been using setBfree for a long time and at one time after a concert an organ player (that uses a Nord C2D that is considered a good B3 replica) came up to me to ask what I was using for my B3 sound since he thought it sounded much better than his fairly expensive rigg. I told him, I was using setBfree and that it was open source and he was amazed..

i haven't checked this new contender but i cannot imagine what it will add to the table ??

I use SetBfree a lot and love it. Having spent some more time with CollaB3, I would say it's just another option, not a replacement.

CollaB3 is a bit less tweakable, and to me that's a strength. Everything is right there and it sounds great from the get-go. The leakage control sounds amazing. The presets are all usable. I know I'm in the minority here thinking things like presets and GUIs are important but if they lead me to get where I'm going faster I'm all in. Not being a Hammond player I can get lost in options with setBfree.

I’d say, you're in the tacit majority, rather.
