Hopefully linux plugin makers will take advantage of improvements in linux as a whole,
as well as the specific audio improvements. Probably some of them, having access to OS code,
will find some new inventions and solutions to old issues. Zebra2 is old, as plugins go,
but still gets's improved, despite being a legend in it's own time. Some linux apps
are made for a purpose, and were never planned to move forward and beyond.
Commercial apps at least keep a carrot dangled in front of the horse, and can
be improved for new version sales.
Cheers

Polyphony would be nice! ;) -- and I wouldn't have any qualms about paying...depending on price of course.

Hi, did you manage to recreate this issue?
I'm asking since I tried on another computer with a very similar Kubuntu 15.10 installation and it worked.. so there must be something else that triggered it, possibly a very uncommon problem.
Sounds good - in this case I'll not wast my time on setting up a Kubuntu machine. :-)

Good point! I'll replace the endless noise with an randomly returning noise. Thanks!

This seems the most wanted feature - "Monique Tetra or something like that" is on the TODO list :-)

Oh, was there a noise? I never noticed. : P
Though I think you should state that on the web page as one of the limitations of the demo version. It both makes it clear it is a demo and clears up any confusion if the user thinks the noise is a malfunction of the synth.

Indeed that would be a great feature addition. : )

It is optimized on the webpage. A good point again - thank you. When you hit download you get a quick info about the limits and a recommendation for the video tutorial series How This Synthesizer Works (the latest video is about the morphing feature - I like this one :-))

Morning,

Monique 1.0.2 is ready. 1.0.2 comes with a better demo mode and you can test all the features of the pro version now. The only real limit left is a periodical returning noise. @spamatica what do you think - better for testing?

A few more things we have fixed and improved:
- improved: increased the help popup time from 1 to 3 secs
- removed: arpeggiator auto restart
- fixed: delay panorama left-right was inverted
- added: 32-bit AU support

But try out yourself and download the synth demo.

Thanks for your feedback, have a nice day.

Sorry, no time to test at the moment but that sounds perfectly reasonable to me. :)

Looks like a very nice synth. It's standalone and a VST3 plugin. No idea (yet) how to operate the filter's envelope generator though.
