Thought I'd spread the word about a new music distro based on Puppy 4.1.2. Called "PupItUp," it's lightweight and good for older boxes and netbooks, and of course is very fast on newer units. Being Puppy, it's very fast used as a live CD and will save your work and prefs for the next time you boot from the CD.

Very nice work by eztuxer, plus it's a good CD to pass on to friends who want to try out Linux music apps. Me, i've got it installed to my laptop's HD!

PupItUp is a terrific little multi-media distro. I used it a quite a bit until PuppyStudio, (which has all the apps from Ubuntu Studio) was released.
