Yes it looks incredibly cool, and according to this magazine, they are going to open source both the software and the protocol they use.

i love this, and immediately wanted to dive in with both feet (and hands) but £4K would mean i would have to turn BOTH my pockets inside out...and that's just not a good look for me.

i know, i'll build my own! now where's that old bassoon, where did i put gaffer tape...soundcard...cuddly toy...ooh, the end off my sofa...
